Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwer­punkt Personal oder eine abgeschlossene kauf­männische Berufs­ausbildung mit Zusatz­qualifikation zum Personal­fach­kaufmann (m/w/d)Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personal­bereich in einem mittel­ständischen produzierenden Unter­nehmenFundierte Kenntnisse in der Lohn- und Gehalts­abrechnung, idealer­weise in DATEV und ZEUS, sowie im Arbeits­rechtAusgeprägte kommunikative Fähig­keiten und ein hohes Maß an Sozial­kompetenzFähigkeit, die Akzeptanz und das Vertrauen der Mitarbeitenden zu gewinnen
