Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Vorgesetzte und Fachabteilungen bei Fragen rund um das Thema Personal und Recht
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und anderen personalrelevanten Schreiben
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
  • Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Ausbildungs- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
  • Abwicklung von Auslandsentsendungen
  • Mitarbeit im Recruiting
  • Bearbeitung des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Erstellung von Statistiken und weiteren Reports

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium und/oder abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Personalreferent (m/w/d) und in den genannten Aufgabenbereichen
  • Erste Erfahrung in der vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung und Auslandsentsendungen
  • Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch (Wort und Schrift) und gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
