Deine Aufgaben:

Personaladministration, Lohnabrechnung + Zeiterfassung

Personalentwicklung und Weiterbildung

Personalsuche und Onboarding

Verantwortung für arbeitsrechliche Fragestellungen

Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat

Begleitung von BEM und Themen der Arbeitssicherheit

Das bringst Du mit:

Fundierte Erfahrung im Personalwesen

Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht

Strukturierte, zuverlässige und diskrete Arbeitsweise

Gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit

Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
