  • Attraktives Gehaltspaket von bis zu 50 Tsd. EUR brutto p. a.
  • Homeoffice-Anteil bis zu 80 % (1 Tag vor Ort in Göttingen pro Woche erforderlich)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Ansprechpartner für alle personal- und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
  • Beratung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter zu arbeits- und betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Mitwirkung im Bewerbermanagement
  • Durchführung von On- und Offboarding-Prozessen, inkl. Erstellung personalrelevanter Dokumente
  • Umsetzung und Begleitung individueller personeller Maßnahmen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Mitarbeiterdaten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Personalabteilung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
  • Genaue und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
