- Beratung und Unterstützung Deiner Betreuungsbereiche am Standort Offenburg in Personalthemen, wie z. B. Führung, Arbeitsrecht, Vergütungsfindung sowie
- Entwicklung von Talenten
- Verantwortung für die Durchführung des Recruitings für Deine Betreuungsbereiche
- Sparringspartner*in für unsere Führungskräfte in Fragestellungen aus dem Bereich Personal
- Begleitung von organisatorischen Veränderungsprozessen
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Betriebsrat in Themen der Mitbestimmung
- aktives Mitwirken an der Umsetzung unserer People Strategie
Was Sie mitbringen:
- einen Hochschulabschluss mit relevantem Schwerpunkt oder eine Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation
- umfassende Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht, idealerweise auch im Tarifrecht der Metall- und Elektroindustrie
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Führungskräften zu Personalthemen
- Zusatzausbildung im Bereich Coaching oder Organisationsentwicklung wünschenswert
- kommunikative, offene und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Sicherheit in der Gesprächsführung auch in englischer Sprache
