# Personalreferentin (w/m/d)

in Teilzeit l Beginn nach Vereinbarung l in Festanstellung

## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Umsetzung von Maßnahmen des vorhandenen Personalbindungskonzeptes
  • Einführung und Umsetzung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Beratung des Vorstandes bei allen arbeits- und tarifrechtlichen Fragen
  • Hauptverantwortliche Übernahme betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement (BEM)
  • Verantwortung für Recruiting / Personalgewinnung
  • Sicherung und Weiterentwicklung des strategischen Personalmanagements
  • Konzeption, Koordination und Mitwirkung bei personalbezogenen (einrichtungsübergreifenden) Prozessen jeglicher Art

## Du bringst mit:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Personalbereich oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit langjähriger Erfahrung
  • Freude daran, sich in jegliche Personalthemen einzuarbeiten und mitzuwirken
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, wie auch selbständige strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Lust, sich in einem Verband im Entwicklungsprozess mit Kreativität und Humor einzubringen
