IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • ZAHLEN IM GRIFF: Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen mit DATEV
  • ERSTE ANLAUFSTELLE: Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften bei allen Fragen rund um Gehalt, Abzüge und Sozialversicherung
  • VERBINDLICHES ARBEITEN: Erstellung von Meldungen, Bescheinigungen und fristgerechte Kommunikation mit Ämtern und Behörden
  • SICHERHEIT GEBEN: Unterstützung bei Prüfungen durch Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsträger
  • PROZESSE GESTALTEN: Aktives Mitwirken an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Abrechnungsprozesse - deine Ideen für mehr Effizienz sind willkommen

IHR PROFIL:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Entgeltabrechnung/Personalwesen
  • Gewissenhafte, sorgfältige und gut strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office
  • DATEV-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Absolute Loyalität und Vertraulichkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamplayer
