  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit DATEV LODAS nach Tarifvertrag
  • Pflege und Prüfung abrechnungsrelevanter Personalstammdaten, Ein- und Austritte sowie Vertragsänderungen
  • Bearbeitung von Fehlzeiten, Bescheinigungen und Zeiterfassungsdaten
  • Erstellung von Statistiken, Auswertungen und Meldungen
  • Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitenden, Sozialversicherungsträgern, Krankenkassen und internen Fachbereichen
  • Unterstützung und Vertretung in der operativen Personalarbeit, insbesondere bei Vertragserstellung, Mitarbeiterbetreuung und Korrespondenz
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Entgeltabrechnung/Payroll
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich mit Schwerpunkt Entgeltabrechnung/Payroll
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entgeltabrechnung sowie im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit DATEV LODAS oder vergleichbaren Abrechnungssystemen sowie IT-Affinität und die Bereitschaft, sich in unser ERP-System FEPA einzuarbeiten
