Ihr Aufgabenfeld:

  • Ansprechpartner\*in für Personalthemen, Rekrutierung und Mitarbeiterbindung
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter bei steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
  • Unterstützung bei der Führung der Personalakten sowie Pflege der Personalstammdaten
  • Korrespondenz mit Sozialversicherungsträgern und Behörden

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung (wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit DATEV oder DIGRAS)
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, gewissenhaft und zuverlässig
  • fundierte Kenntnisse der aktuellen gesetzlichen Regelungen und rechtlichen Grundlagen im Bereich Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Offen für Veränderung und kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse
