#### Aufgaben

Im Auftrag unseres Kundenbetriebs, einem mittelständischen Unternehmen aus dem Raum Bamberg, suchen wir zur DIREKTVERMITTLUNG, einen Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d).

Durchführung der monatlichen Lohnbuchhaltung
Abrechnung der Reisekosten
Pflege der täglichen Zeiterfassung
Koordination und Beschaffung von Leiharbeitnehmern
Beschaffung und Ausgabe von Arbeitskleidung

#### Anforderung

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem kaufmännischen Ausbildungsberuf
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lohnbuchhaltung und Personalwesen
Belastbarkeit, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Verantwortungsvolles, selbstständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten
Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Sorgfalt
