  • Personalplanung sowie Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen
  • Abwicklung des Bewerbermanagements
  • Durchführung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens
  • Unterstützung der Lohn- und/oder Personalbuchhaltung
  • Kommunikation mit Behörden und Krankenkassen
  • Funktion als Ansprechpartner in Personalfragen für Bewerber, Mitarbeiter und Vorgesetzte
  • Unterstützung bei HR-Projekten
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Berufserfahrung in der Personalsachbearbeitung wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke
