Wir suchen im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung für ein Kundenunternehmen aus Burg

eine/n Personalsachbearbeiter/in (m/w/d) für Burg.

Aufgaben

  • Erfassung der Mitarbeiterstunden
  • An- und Abmeldung von Mitarbeitern
  • Zuarbeiten und Übermittlungen an das Steuerbüro
  • Pflege der Personalakten
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Verträgen und Zeugnissen
  • Beantwortung von Mitarbeiterfragen zu Personalthemen sowie die Koordination mit Behörden und Krankenkassen

Qualifikationen

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Erfahrungen in der Lohnbuchhaltung/Personalsachbearbeitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau in Wort und Schrift
