Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort für unsere Standorte in Hachenburg und Horhausen einen Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Überwachung und Pflege der Akten
  • Besetzung des Empfangsbereichs
  • Koordination des Fahrdienstes und dessen Kontrolle
  • allgemeine administrative Unterstützung des Büroteams

Dein Profil:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Büroverwaltung wünschenswert
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Word und Excel
  • ausgezeichnete Organisationsfähigkeiten mit Blick aufs Ganze
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität
