Wir sind eine mittelständische familiengeführte Unternehmensgruppe, die in verschiedenen Branchen der industriellen Serien- und Systemfertigung (Metallprofile, Blech, Draht, Kunststoffspritzguss- und Holzverarbeitung) an vier verschiedenen Standorten in Deutschland vertreten ist (Brakel, Paderborn, Beverungen und Korbach). In der Vauth-Sagel Holding GmbH & Co. KG werden sämtliche Finanz- und Controlling Tätigkeiten für die operativ selbständigen Einheiten gebündelt. Mit der Vauth-Sagel USA LP mit Sitz in High Point, North Carolina, sind wir zudem in den USA vertreten.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir am Standort Korbach einen Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme der Personaladministration, inkl. digitaler Personalakte
Korrespondenz und Kommunikation mit Behörden, Ämtern und Krankenkassen
Personalakquise und Unterstützung bei Bewerbungsgesprächen
Vorbereitung von Arbeitsverträgen und Zeugnissen sowie Ausstellung von Bescheinigungen
Organisation der Ablage
Mitarbeit bei HR Projekten

Ihr Profil:

abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Berufserfahrung in der Personalsachbearbeitung von Vorteil
versierter Umgang mit MS Office
engagierte, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
freundliches und sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Flexibilität
Loyalität und hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit
