Wir suchen Dich im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung als Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) gesucht in deiner Umgebung

  • Darauf kannst Du Dich bei INDUVARO freuen:
  • Einen unbefristeten Arbeitsplatz mit allen gesetzlichen und tariflichen Sozialleistungen (inkl. Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld)

  • Sichere Urlaubsplanung

  • Wie sieht dein Arbeitsalltag aus?
  • Sämtliche administrative Tätigkeiten der Personalbetreuung (Onboarding/ Offboarding/ Bescheinigungswesen etc.) werden von Dir übernommen
  • Du übernimmst die gesamte Korrespondenz mit Stabsstellen und Behörden
  • Personalakten werden von Dir gepflegt und verwaltet
  • Anwesenheitszeiten werden von Dir erfasst und für die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung vorbereitet
  • Was musst Du mitbringen?
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännsiche Ausbildung z. B. zum Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise warst Du bereits im Personalwesen tätig
  • Du bringst Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialrecht mit
  • Der Umgang mit MS Office stellt für Dich keine Herausforderung dar – idealerweise hast Du bereits mit SAP o. Ä. gearbeitet
  • Deine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise rundet Dein Profil ab
