Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) -- HR mit Gestaltungsspielraum

So sieht dein Alltag aus:

  • Eigenständige Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der Personalstammdaten, sorgfältig, strukturiert und immer up to date
  • Fristenüberwachung und Sicherstellung gesetzlicher sowie interner Vorgaben
  • Erstellung von Personalstatistiken und Reports als Grundlage für Entscheidungen
  • Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder in HR-Fragen
  • Mitarbeit an spannenden Projekten rund ums Personalwesen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung , zum Beispiel als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d) oder Bürokaufmann (m/w/d). Auch als HR-Assistent (m/w/d) oder Personaldienstleistungskaufmann (m/w/d) bist du bei uns herzlich willkommen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark , organisiert und weißt, wie man mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern umgeht
  • Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten ist für dich keine Frage, sondern Haltung
  • Eine sorgfältige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise rundet dein Profil ab
