## Ihre Aufgaben:

· Unterstützung bei der Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung für die Mitarbeiter unter der Berücksichtigung der tariflichen, steuerlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen

· Erfassung und Pflege der Personalakten

· Korrespondenz mit Behörden, Krankenkassen und Ämtern

· Erstellung von Bescheinigungen

## Ihr Profil:

· Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

· (Erste) Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen, insbesondere im Bereich der Entgeltabrechnung wünschenswert

· Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen und idealerweise auch mit Zvoove PDL und Zvoove Payroll

· Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

· Teamfähigkeit, Verschwiegenheit und Spaß an neuen Herausforderungen
