  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • ✅ Erstellung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • ✅ Betreuung und Beratung der Mitarbeitenden bei abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen
  • ✅ Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reportings
  • ✅ Begleitung von Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerprüfungen
  • ✅ Pflege und Verwaltung abrechnungsrelevanter Personaldaten
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • ✅ Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • ✅ Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • ✅ Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht
  • ✅ Erfahrung mit Paisy und/oder Personio Payroll von Vorteil
  • ✅ Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • ✅ Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
