Wir sind aktuell auf der Suche nach einer Personalsachbearbeiterin (m/w/d) in Mainz-Kastel (direkte Einstellung/ Vertrag erfolgt beim renommierten Auftraggeber).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellen von Verträgen und Zeugnissen
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter in Lohnrelevanten Fragen
  • Stammdatenpflege
  • Vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung und Kontrolle dieser (die komplette Durchführung erfolgt extern)
  • Führen der Personalakten
  • Ansprechpartner für Behörden und Krankenkassen
  • Bescheinigungswesen
  • Erstellen von Statistiken

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im geforderten Bereich wäre wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
