Wir suchen zur Erweiterung unseres internen Teams einen Personalvermittler\*in im Ärztlichen Dienst an unserem Standort in Soest.

Deine zukünftige Tätigkeit:

  • Neukundenakquise
  • Bestandskundenbetreuung
  • Projektmanagement , Begleitung des gesamten Vermittlungsprozesses von der Bedarfsanalyse beim Kunden bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung
  • Zusätzlicher Profilvertrieb
  • Langfristige Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen

Dein Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Personaldienstleistungskaufmann (m/w/d)) oder abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich oder Gesundheitswesen
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Vorerfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung
  • Hohe Empathie und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Umsetzungsstärke , Eigenantrieb und hohe Motivation mit Hands-on-Mentalität
