## Dein Job:​

  • Offene Stellen direkt besetzen , von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zur Vertragsunterschrift
  • Kandidat:innen aktiv ansprechen über Jobbörsen, LinkedIn, Xing und Active Sourcing
  • Profile erstellen , Menschen telefonisch qualifizieren, passende Matches finden
  • Neue Kunden gewinnen und regionale Netzwerke aufbauen
  • Du konzentrierst dich aufs Vermitteln. Verträge und Marketing übernehmen übernimmt unser Büro für Dich

## Das bringst du mit:​

  • Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich , Personal oder Vertrieb , oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im Recruiting, Vertrieb oder Personal ist von Vorteil. Quereinsteiger:innen mit Kommunikationsstärke sind willkommen.
  • Redefreude, Verhandlungsgeschick und Zielstrebigkeit
  • Modernes Mindset: Du nutzt digitale Tools und bist offen für neue Recruiting-Kanäle
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
