Ich suche ab sofort eine zuverlässige und engagierte persönliche Assistenz (m/w) in Teilzeit (30 Stunden pro Woche) oder Vollzeit zur Unterstützung einer Person mit Muskeldystrophie im Rollstuhl. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei die Unterstützung im Alltag aufgrund meiner Behinderung.

Arbeitsort: Hamburg-Lurup

Vergütung: 16 Euro Stundenlohn, 25% Sonntagszuschlag und 100% Feiertagszuschlag Ein Assistenzzimmer mit WLAN als Rückzugsort ist vorhanden.

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung im Alltag und bei der persönlichen Assistenz

Hilfe beim Transfer in den Rollstuhl

Übernahme der Grundpflege und aller

anfallenden Tätigkeiten

Begleitung zu Terminen und Freizeitaktivitäten

Unterstützung im Familienalltag

Das solltest du mitbringen

Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen

Ein gutes Gespür für Nähe und Distanz

Ein gutes Verständnis für Kinder sowie einen freundlichen und geduldigen Umgang mit ihnen

Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und

Feiertagsdiensten (zwingend erforderlich)
