Für eine körperlich stark eingeschränkte Seniorin in 65558 Eppenrod suchen wir mehrere freundliche und zuverlässige

persönliche Assistenzkräfte  (m/w/d).

Es handelt sich um eine direkte Beschäftigung in einem Privathaushalt, nicht um einen Pflegedienst oder eine Vermittlungsagentur.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung und Begleitung im Alltag
  • Transfer zwischen Pflegebett und Pflegerollstuhl mit einem vorhandenen Personenlifter
  • Schieben und Positionieren des Pflegerollstuhls
  • Begleitung bei Terminen, Besorgungen und Freizeitaktivitäten
  • geduldige Unterstützung bei Sprach- und Wortfindungsstörungen
  • leichte hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Assistenz

Mögliche Einsatzzeiten :

  • vormittags zwischen 08:00 und 13:00 Uhr
  • nachmittags zwischen 15:00 und 20:00 Uhr
  • feste, planbare Einsätze nach Absprache
  • Gesucht werden mehrere Kräfte für Minijob, Midijob oder sozialversicherungspflichtige Teilzeit.
  • Auch Quereinsteigerinnen und Quereinsteiger sind willkommen.
  • Wichtig sind Zuverlässigkeit, Geduld, Einfühlungsvermögen und ein respektvoller Umgang.
  • Eine gründliche Einarbeitung erfolgt.
