Hier suchen wir speziell Assistenz- und Pflegekräfte für eine Rollstuhlfahrerin in Recklinghausen. Auch Quereinsteiger möglich, gern mit Führerschein.

Wir sind kein klassischer Pflegedienst, wir sind ein Lebensmodell. Bei uns werden schwerbehinderte Menschen in einer 1:1-Situation bis zu 24 Stunden täglich versorgt. So ermöglichen wir unseren Kundinnen und Kunden ein selbstbestimmtes Leben und die soziale Teilhabe. Und da fehlst nur noch Du!

Wir suchen engagierte Menschen, die mit uns diesen gemeinsamen Weg gehen, den unser Verein seit 1982 mit mittlerweile über 250 Mitarbeitenden täglich lebt. Was musst Du mitbringen? Soziales Engagement, Empathie, physische und psychische Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit sowie den unbedingten Willen, sich für das selbstbestimmte Leben einzusetzen. Du brauchst keine Ausbildung, wir beschäftigen Menschen, keine Zertifikate. Also sind auch Quereinsteiger willkommen. Unsere Kundinnen und Kunden sind anleitungskompetent und wissen, was sie brauchen. Zudem gibt es eine kollegiale Einarbeitung, eine Unterstützung durch die Pflegediensleitung sowie regelmäßige Schulungen.

Deine Aufgaben sind die Alltagsbegleitung und die Pflege. Wir arbeiten je nach Bedarf in verschiedenen Schichtmodellen, so dass wir auch auf Seiten der Mitarbeitenden verschiedene Lebensmodelle unterstützen können. Dabei bezahlen wir in Anlehnung an den Tarif nach TVÖD. Somit können wir auch ungelernten Kräften einen vergleichsweise wirklich guten Lohn zahlen.

Kurzum: Bei uns stehen die Menschen im Vordergrund bei einer Pflege ohne Stoppuhr. Wir brauchen Dich und Deine Haltung!
