What will you be doing here?

Ser a pessoa guardiã da estratégia de Perfumaria Masculina, combinando alta expertise em gestão de P&L com visão de negócio para transformar indicadores de mercado e diagnósticos financeiros em inovações rentáveis. Liderar o funil de inovação garantindo viabilidade financeira, eficiência operacional e crescimento de market share, sustentando decisões em análises robustas e ferramentas de visualização de dados.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Gestão de Performance: Extrair e analisar dados complexos via Tableau/BI para monitorar a saúde da categoria em tempo real, além de interpretar dados Kantar, Nielsen e Euromonitor para identificar gaps e oportunidades de crescimento.

Funil de Inovação: Liderar o ciclo de vida do produto (do conceito ao lançamento), garantindo que a viabilidade técnica e financeira caminhe junta com a excelência olfativa em contato constante com times multidisciplinares (P&D, Supply Chain, Operações Comerciais, etc.), assegurando um business case sólido e sustentável.

Gestão Orçamentária: Controlar a verba de marketing focando na alocação eficiente de recursos para maximizar o ROI.

Quais os requisitos?

Experiência sólida em mercados com alta aderência ao público masculino (Perfumaria, Grooming, Moda Masculina, etc.);

Repertório de negócio com domínio de P&L, alta capacidade analítica e letramento financeiro;

Inglês e/ou Espanhol fluentes para negociações e fóruns com geografia internacional;

Trendwatching : capacidade de identificar tendências globais de bem-estar e comportamento masculino para antecipar movimentos da concorrência.
