Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Pest Control Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, lead our team, and maintain unmatched service quality. You will be responsible for sales pipeline management, team development, operational efficiency, scheduling, safety compliance, and optimizing service delivery across our service territories.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Management & Revenue Growth: Lead residential and commercial sales strategies, oversee customer acquisition and account retention, manage estimator/sales performance, and drive revenue targets through upsells, service add-ons, and new service agreements.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and support field technicians, sales representatives, and office staff. Foster a strong culture centered on teamwork, continuous learning, and employee development.
Daily Operations Management: Oversee route planning, technician dispatching, equipment inventory, and vehicle fleet maintenance to optimize productivity and route efficiency.
Quality Assurance & Safety: Conduct field audits, ensure strict adherence to state pest control regulations, safety protocols, and company service standards.
Training & Onboarding: Manage employee training programs for new hires and ongoing technical and sales training for state licensing and field execution.
Customer Relations: Address escalated customer inquiries, maintain high client retention rates, ensure complete service satisfaction, and assist in designing effective pest management plans.
Performance Tracking: Monitor operational KPIs, tracking sales conversion rates, revenue goals, and department budgets while reporting directly to executive leadership on growth and service metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in operations management, sales management, or field operations leadership within the pest management industry or related industry experience.
Sales Track Record: Proven experience managing commercial and residential sales teams, driving sales growth, and managing pipeline CRMs.
Licensing: Valid Rhode Island and Massachusetts Commercial Pesticide Applicator License is a plus.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of general pest control, rodent exclusion techniques, and IPM (Integrated Pest Management) practices is a plus.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record in team building, sales coaching, route scheduling, and operational problem-solving.
Other Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must also possess a strong technical aptitude.
