  • Selbstständige Abwicklung und Koordination von Pflasterbauarbeiten
  • Führung und Einteilung von Mitarbeitern auf der Baustelle
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden vor Ort
  • Sicherstellung einer termin- und fachgerechten Ausführung der Arbeiten
  • Koordination von Material, Maschinen und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Qualitätskontrolle sowie Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Ihr Profil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Pflasterer, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift aufgrund des direkten Kundenkontakts
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationsgeschick
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Kollegen
