  • Eigenständige und fachgerechte Durchführung der Grundpflege
  • Eigenständige Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Sie betreuen und begleiten unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner und unterstützen sie bei den den Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens

### Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung in der Alten-, Kranken- oder Gesundheitspflege wäre wünschenswert bzw. einjährige Ausbildung (Pflegefachassistent/in / APH / KPH)
  • Die Fähigkeit sich jederzeit auf Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner einzustellen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Aufgeschlossenheit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Wertschätzung gegenüber unseren Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner und deren Angehörigen
