Die PflegeOberpfalz betreut seit 2022 Kunden in Waldthurn und Umgebung. Neben dem klassischen ambulanten Dienst liegt der Fokus auf der Betreuung von ambulanten Wohngemeinschaften. Neue Mitarbeiter erwartet ein tolles Team in dem die Pflegedienstleitung selbst jeden Tag aktiv an der Pflege beteiligt ist.

## Als kompetente Unterstützung für unser Team suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Pflege(fach)helfer/in (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit (25-38,5h).

Die Verteilung der Schichten kann dabei nach Absprache flexibel gestaltet werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einsatz in der ambulant betreuten Wohngemeinschaften (ungefähr 10 Personen) oder in unserem ambulanten Dienst
  • Unterstützung bei der täglichen Versorgung von Bewohnern
  • Begleitung unserer Bewohnern im Alltag
  • Aktivierende Betreuung unserer Bewohnern und Förderung der Lebensqualität
  • Enger Kontakt zu Angehörigen und Bewohnern

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Pflege(fach)helfer/-in, Krankenpflegefachhelfer/in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung wünschenswert, aber nicht notwendig
  • Führerschein
  • Belastbarkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
  • Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Berufserfahrung von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
