Wir suchen eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) für unser Unternehmen Leben und Wohnen im Alter St. Elisabeth in 94086 Bad Griesbach im Rottal. Unser Unternehmen gehört zur Branche der Pflegeberufe. Als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) sind Sie für die professionelle Betreuung und Pflege von Bewohnern verantwortlich. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Pflegepläne und Dokumentation der Pflegeleistungen. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem interdisziplinären Team zusammen und tragen dazu bei, eine angenehme Atmosphäre für unsere Bewohner zu schaffen.

Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Pflegepläne
Dokumentation der Pflegeleistungen
Beratung und Unterstützung der Bewohner und deren Familien
Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Prävention und Rehabilitation
Kontrolle und Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften
Zusammenarbeit mit dem interdisziplinären Team

Sie haben:

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
Erfahrung in der Pflege und Betreuung von Bewohnern
Gute Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen im Pflegebereich
Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
