## Pflegefachkraft / Altenpfleger / Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) im ambulanten Dienst

📍 Bietigheim-Bissingen | 🕒 Vollzeit / Teilzeit | 🗓️ Eintritt ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

  • Individuelle Betreuung und Begleitung unserer Klient*innen
  • Pflegedokumentation und Kommunikation mit AngehĂśrigen
  • Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit anderen Berufsgruppen

### 🔍 Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als:
  • Altenpfleger*in
  • Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in
  • Pflegefachmann/-frau
  • FĂźhrerschein Klasse B – unbedingt erforderlich!
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Empathie und Teamgeist
