Meine Aufgaben:

  • Fachgerechte Grund- und Behandlungspflege nach individuellen Bedürfnissen der Bewohner:innen
  • Betreuung, Pflege und Begleitung älterer Menschen in ihrem Alltag
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Organisation von Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Dokumentation und Sicherstellung der pflegerischen Abläufe
  • Kontakt und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und dem interdisziplinären Team

Mein Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Pflege ist wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh-/Spät-/Nachtdienst) wünschenswert
