Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistent/-in oder Altenpflegehelfer/-in (mindestens 1 Jahr)
Du bist mit Herz und Engagement dabei, pflegebedürftige Menschen zu unterstützen
Teamarbeit ist für Dich keine leere Floskel – Du packst gerne an und hilfst, wo Du kannst
Du hast Lust, Dich ständig weiterzuentwickeln und neue Fähigkeiten zu erlernen

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

Pflege mit Gefühl: Du führst pflegerische Maßnahmen durch, die genau auf die Bedürfnisse der Bewohner abgestimmt sind – und das immer mit einem Blick für das Ganze
Mit Herz dabei: Du begleitest unsere Bewohner im Alltag, hilfst bei alltäglichen Aufgaben und trägst dazu bei, dass sie sich bei uns wohlfühlen
Hand in Hand: Du unterstützt bei therapeutischen Maßnahmen und arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen, um bestmögliche Ergebnisse zu erzielen
Alles im Blick: Du dokumentierst alle wichtigen Informationen digital, damit die Pflege immer auf dem neuesten Stand ist
