  • Du bist belastbar und flexibel und bereit, auch Wochenend- und Nachtdienste zu übernehmen
  • Du arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst und genau
  • Du trittst freundlich auf und hast eine positive, sympathische Ausstrahlung

Deine zukünftigen Tätigkeiten

  • Du pflegst und betreust unsere Bewohner auf hohem fachlichem Niveau
  • Du gehst individuell auf die Bedürfnisse der Bewohner ein und orientierst dich an ihrer Lebensgeschichte
  • Du setzt die bestehenden Pflegekonzepte um und hältst die vorgegebenen Pflegestandards ein
  • Du dokumentierst deine Tätigkeiten sorgfältig und unterstützt das Team im täglichen Ablauf

Wir bieten

  • Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37 h/Woche) von Montag bis Sonntag, ebenso in Teilzeit möglich
  • Der kollektivvertragliche Monatslohn beträgt € 2.867,20 brutto auf Basis Vollzeit
  • Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation möglich
  • Aus- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten
  • Sehr gutes Betriebsklima in einem kollegialen Team
