Gesucht wird eine Lebensassistenz für einen jungen Mann mit Autismus-Spektrum-Syndrom, das heißt Unterstützung in allen Bereichen des täglichen Lebens und Haushaltführung. Um ein weitestgehend selbst bestimmtes Leben zu ermöglichen, suchen wir Verstärkung für ein vorhandenes Team in Teilzeit. Bei Eignung und Motivation sind auch Quereinsteiger ohne Abschluss in einem Pflegeberuf willkommen.

Wir bieten gute Arbeitsbedingungen, ein gutes Team, respektvollen Umgang miteinander.

Arbeitszeit: Es ist auch Tagsschicht möglich, aber mit Wochenenddiensten. 100-120 Stunden. Immer in 10-12 Stunden Diensten.

Voraussetzungen: ruhig, geduldig, respektvoll, selbständig, zuverlässig, Führerschein, eigener PKW

Vergütung:

Quereinsteiger ohne pflegerische Ausbildung 16,00 Euro pro Stunde plus Zuschläge für Nacht- Sonn-und Feiertagsarbeit bei entsprechender Eignung.

Pflegeassistenten 18,00 Euro pro Stunde plus Zuschläge für Nacht- Sonn-und Feiertagsarbeit bei entsprechender Eignung. Voraussetzung: abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, auch Pflege fremd und/ oder Erfahrung in der Assistenz Pflege.

Pflegefachkräfte mit mindestens 3-jähriger Berufsausbildung 22,00€ plus Zuschläge für Nacht- Sonn-und Feiertagsarbeit bei entsprechender Eignung.
