Ihr vielfältiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Mitwirkung beim Pflegeassessment
  • Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes unserer Bewohner*innen
  • Information, Kommunikation und Begleitung unserer Bewohner*innen in deren Alltag
  • Durchführung einer individuellen, ressourcenorientierten Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner*innen mit besonderem Fokus auf deren Selbstbestimmung
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Pflegemaßnahmen
