Ihr vielfältiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Mitwirkung beim Pflegeassessment
  • Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes unserer Bewohner_innen
  • Information, Kommunikation und Begleitung unserer Bewohner_innen in deren Alltag
  • Durchführung einer individuellen, ressourcenorientierten Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner_innen mit besonderem Fokus auf deren Selbstbestimmung
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Pflegemaßnahmen

Wir freuen uns über...

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum_r Pflegeassistent_in oder die Bereitschaft diese zu Absolvieren
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Teamgeist, Flexibilität und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenzen
  • Viel Leidenschaft und Engagement zum Wohle unserer Bewohner_innen, weil Pflege und Betreuung für Sie mehr als nur ein Beruf sind

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt für 37 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit) beträgt inklusive SEG-Pauschale mindestens € 3.099,94 bis € 3.439,94 (mit Anrechnung von facheinschlägigen Vordienstzeiten im Ausmaß von max. 10 Jahren gemäß SWÖ-KV), 14x pro Jahr, zuzüglich variabler Zulagen und Zuschläge, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
