  • . Mithilfe bei der Betreuung pflegebedürftiger Menschen zur Unterstützung von Angehörigen des gehobenen Dienstes für Gesundheits-und Krankenpflege
  • . Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von gesundheits- und krankenpflegerischen Maßnahmen im Rahmen des Pflegeprozesses
  • Ihr Profil:
  • . Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Pflegeassistenz / Pflegehelfer*in
  • . Freude an der Arbeit mit alten Menschen
  • . Eigenverantwortung, Eigeninitiative
  • . Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
  • . Identifikation mit dem Leitbild und den Werten der Caritas

Unser Angebot:

Entlohnung nach dem KV der karitativen Arbeitgeber*innen für PA mindestens EUR 2.731,00 brutto (bzw. für PFA EUR 2.868,00 brutto) monatlich sowie Anrechnung der Vordienstzeiten gemäß KV bei einem Beschäftigungsausmaß von 37 Wochenstunden

Dazu kommen weitere Zuschläge bei Nachtdiensten sowie an Sonn- und Feiertagen

  • . Drei zusätzliche freie Tage (Karfreitag, 24.12. sowie 31.12.)
  • . Zwei weitere Urlaubstage nach dem zweiten Urlaubsjahr
  • . Individuelle Fort- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten sowie drei Tage bezahlte Bildungsfreistellung pro Kalenderjahr
  • . Persönliches Recht auf Mehrarbeit (PRAM) für Vollzeitmitarbeiter*innen: Möglichkeit auf 38 Wochenstunden zu erhöhen mit Gehaltsplus von 2,7 %
  • . Regelmäßige Teambesprechungen und Möglichkeit zur Supervision
  • . Arbeitsplatz in Ihrer Region
