  • Unterstützung im Alltag und Begleitung zu Terminen
  • Mitgestaltung individueller Betreuungspläne
  • Vielfältige organisatorische Tätigkeiten
  • Mitwirkung bei der ganzheitlichen Betreuung und Pflege
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von pflegerischen Maßnahmen gemäß dem Berufsbild PFA
  • Unterstützung bei der medizinischen Behandlungspflege nach ärztlicher Anordnung
  • Mitgestaltung eines wertschätzenden und wohnlichen Umfeldes
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg*innen, Angehörigen und anderen Berufsgruppen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachassistenz (PFA) und Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister
  • Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau B2)
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamgeist und Einfühlungsvermögen
