  • Ihre Aufgaben als Pflegeassistent:in mit Herz und Hand:
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung der Klienten/innen im Alltag mit Aufmerksamkeit, Respekt und einem
  • offenen Ohr
  • Qualifizierte Pflege und Alltagsbetreuung unserer KlientInnen
  • Vielfältige organisatorische Tätigkeiten
  • Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen, sorgfältig und gewissenhaft weil gute Pflege sichtbar sein soll
  • Wertschätzende Kommunikation mit Klienten/innen, Angehörigen und dem Team
  • Mitgestaltung eines liebevollen, sicheren Umfelds, in dem sich alle wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistent:in nach GuKG
  • Eintrag im GBR
  • Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau B2)
  • Teamgeist, Verlässlichkeit und ein liebevoller Umgang mit Menschen
  • Freude an Kommunikation, Mitgestaltung und echter Zusammenarbeit
