  • Sicherstellung höchster Pflegequalität nach SeneCura Standard - die Selbstbestimmung und Würde der Bewohner:innen immer im Blick
  • Förderung, Wiederherstellung und Erhaltung der aktiven Lebensgestaltung der Bewohner:innen (Tagesstruktur, Aktivitäten, etc.)
  • Mitwirken bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen

Mein Profil - Näher am Job

  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungs- und Pflichtbewusstsein sowie Organisationstalent
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen, respektvoller und wertschätzender Umgang mit Bewohner:innen, Familien und Kolleg:innen
  • Geübter Umgang mit digitalen Dokumentations-Tools
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegeassistenz bzw. Nostrifikation in Österreich und Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberuferegister
