Deine Aufgaben bei uns

Du erkennst die individuellen Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohner_innen und begegnest ihnen mit Aufmerksamkeit, Respekt und Einfühlungsvermögen.
Du unterstützt unsere Bewohner_innen im Pflegealltag und trägst dazu bei, dass sie sich gut aufgehoben und sicher fühlen.
Du bringst deine Ideen ein und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unseres Hauses aktiv mit.
Du arbeitest eng und wertschätzend mit deinem Team zusammen.

Das bringst du mit

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistent_in (Nostrifikation, falls erforderlich)
Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister
Einfühlungsvermögen, Respekt und Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen
Teamgeist, Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft, mit Herz und Verstand anzupacken
