Für unsere Einrichtung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Pflegeassistent/in (m/w/d)

Aufgabengebiet

  • Assistieren bei medizinisch-pflegerischen Maßnahmen von examinierten Pflegefachkräften
  • Durchführen und Unterstützung von fachgerechter Grundpflege und aktivierender Pflege
  • Hilfestellung beim Aufstehen, Waschen, Toilettengang, Benutzen des Rollstuhls, Körperpflege und Nahrungsaufnahme
  • Ausführen hauswirtschaftlicher Tätigkeiten
  • Sicheres Führen der Pflegedokumentation und Maßnahmenplanung
  • Wertschätzender Umgang mit Bewohner/innen sowie deren Ansprechpartner/innen

Qualifikationen

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Pflegeassistent/in (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert
  • PC-Kenntnisse, idealerweise mit der Software "DAN Touch"
  • Teamfähigkeit und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Empathisches Handeln und Engagement
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

Angaben zur Arbeitszeit

  • Möglich ist die Einteilung der Arbeit in Voll- oder Teilzeit
  • Die Bereitschaft zur Schicht- Nacht und Wochenendarbeit sollte bestehen
  • Die Stelle ist unbefristet
