### Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Pflege(fach)assistent/in, Betreuungskraft (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder in Teilzeit (50-75%).

Ihr zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Im stationären Bereich sowie in der Kurzzeit- und Langzeitpflege übernehmen Sie die Tätigkeiten in der Grundpflege und betreuen und unterstützen unsere Bewohner bei ihrem täglichen Leben.
  • Sie arbeiten mit daran, den Bewohnern eine möglichst selbstständige Lebensgestaltung und Lebenszufriedenheit zu erhalten.

Ihr Profil:

  • Freude am Umgang und der Pflege von hilfebedürftigen Menschen
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Sie sind offen und interessiert für Fort- und Weiterbildungen, um Ihr Wissen ständig zu aktualisieren.
  • Bei Ihrer Arbeit ist eine christliche Grundhaltung verbindliche Orientierung.

Die Anstellung erfolgt nach den Arbeitsvertragsrichtlinien des Deutschen Caritasverbands (AVR) mit den dort festgelegten Sozialleistungen und einer betrieblichen Zusatzversorgung.
