Wie suchen für unser Seniorenheim mit 99 Einzelzimmern auf vier familiären Wohnbereichen verteilt, Unterstützung durch einen Pflegeassistenten.

Ihre Aufgaben wären unter anderem:

  • Durchführung von Grundpflegemaßnahmen
  • Übernahme von behandlungspflegerischen Maßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung der Expertenstandards
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation des individuellen Pflegebedarfs
  • Dokumentation von erbrachten Leistungen, sowie Abweichungen
