Die mofa (mofa e.V. – Mobile Hilfen für Behinderte, Alte und Familien in Bielefeld) sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Pflegeassistent/in (Pflegehilfskraft mit Behandlungspflegeschein i.S.d. SGB V).

Die mofa ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein und im Bereich der ambulanten Pflege und Betreuung tätig. Unser Ziel ist es, den von uns betreuten Menschen ein eigenständiges Leben in ihrer gewohnten Umgebung zu ermöglichen bzw. zu erhalten und eventueller Vereinsamung entgegen zu wirken. Im Vordergrund steht für uns der individuelle Umgang mit den besonderen Lebenssituationen der von uns betreuten Menschen.

Ihr Profil

  • vorhandene Berufserfahrung
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und/oder Pflegeassistent/in; Arzthelferin oder gleichwertiger Qualifikation mit einem Behandlungspflegeschein im Sinne des SGB V.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Kunden und Angehörigen
  • Führerscheinklasse B

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Individuelle Pflege und Betreuung unserer Kunden, sowie die Durchführung von Grund- und Behandlungspflegen
  • Einhaltung von Pflege- und Qualitätsstandards
