Das Altenheim Siebenbürgen in Osterode am Harz liegt in einem großen Park mit vielen Bäumen und 2 schönen Pavillons, die zur Ruhe und Geselligkeit einladen. In jeder Etage befindet sich ein Zugang zum Garten.

Die 110 zur Verfügung stehenden Plätze können sowohl als Wohneinheit, aber auch als Pflegeeinheit genutzt werden. Für Urlaubs- und Kurzzeitpflege sind 6 Plätze vorgesehen.

  • Ziel und Hauptaufgabe unseres Hauses ist es, eine Heimat für alte und pflegebedürftige Menschen zu schaffen und jeden
  • einzelnen Bewohner nach seinen individuellen Bedürfnissen und Wünschen zu pflegen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Pflegeassistent/in (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Grundtechniken der Pflege und der Mobilisation
  • Körperpflege und Ernährung
  • Krankenbeobachtung
  • Pflegedokumentation

Voraussetzung:

  • Bereitschaft zum selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Pflegeassistent/in (m/w/d)
  • Initiative und Freude am Beruf, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Engagement
  • Die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Teamarbeit
