  • Pflegeassistent (m/w/d) in Bielefeld
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • -- Unterstützung des Pflegepersonals bei der Betreuung und Pflege von Menschen in unterschiedlichen Lebensphasen
  • -- Durchführung von einfachen pflegerischen Tätigkeiten (z. B. Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege, Ankleiden und Mobilisation)
  • -- Beobachtung und Dokumentation des Gesundheitszustandes der Patienten
  • -- Unterstützung bei der Nahrungsaufnahme und gegebenenfalls bei der Medikamentengabe
  • -- Einfühlsame und respektvolle Kommunikation mit den Patienten und deren Angehörigen
  • -- Hilfe bei der Förderung der Lebensqualität und Selbstständigkeit der Patienten
  • Ihr Profil:
  • -- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Pflege oder Gesundheitswesen sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • -- Empathie, Teamfähigkeit und eine verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • -- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Flexibilität
  • -- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein respektvoller Umgang mit den Patienten
  • -- Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz
