  • Du unterstützt Pflegefachkräfte bei der Betreuung und Versorgung von Bewohnern
  • Du hilfst bei der Grundpflege und im täglichen Ablauf
  • Du begleitest Menschen im Alltag und trägst zu ihrem Wohlbefinden bei
  • Du hältst Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards ein
  • Du dokumentierst deine Tätigkeiten nach Vorgabe
  • Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Qualifikation als Pflegeassistent (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Pflege ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Teamgeist und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
