  • Der Pflegedienst Rosa ist ein neu gegründeter ambulanter Pflegedienst, der im April seine Türen geöffnet hat. Wir wachsen schnell und suchen engagierte Pflegefachkräfte, die gemeinsam mit uns Pflege mit Herz und Verstand gestalten wollen.

  • Verlässliche Dienstplanung – dein Wunschfrei bis zum 5. des Monats, der Plan steht spätestens am 15. Offenes Ohr – bei uns bist du nicht nur eine Nummer, sondern ein geschätzter Teil des Teams

  • Regelmäßige Dienstbesprechungen (1x im Monat)

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Individuelle Grund- und Behandlungspflege im häuslichen Umfeld unserer Klient*innen*
  • *Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen*
  • *Aktive Mitgestaltung der Pflegeprozesse und Qualitätssicherung*
  • *Kommunikation mit Angehörigen und weiteren Akteur*innen im Gesundheitswesen
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in , Altenpfleger*in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (3-jährige Ausbildung)
  • Führerschein der Klasse B (PKW) zwingend erforderlich
  • Empathie, Teamgeist und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Einsatzort: Köln und Umgebung
  • Arbeitsumfang: nach Absprache (Vollzeit / Teilzeit / Minijob möglich)
  • Start: ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung
